Plants in the garden now awakening
from the slumber of winter.
The buds on the lilac shows evidence
of the blooms to follow the openning of it's leaves.
Time to go pottering, tidying up every corner of the garden,
& to follow me in such pursuits,
is faithful campion, Max!
He's perfectly in his element,
with his nose taking in the fresh air.
More flowering spiralling,
forming a wider range of colour.

But, after a few hours with me,
Max really thinks he deserves
to lie & fall asleep on his comfy bed.

Yes, he definitely deserves his cozy bed. What a sweetie to help in the garden. I bet he's loving the fresh spring air and how nice that you have flowers and blooms already!
